Nice looking parts after zinc. Which company did you use?
The company name is Reikko... we use that for the machines that we build so when we have free space I put some of my stuff there
I have also noticed that the acid goes to tighter spaces than zinc or water. What I mean is that in the case of double layer sheet metal there can be some leftovers of acid inside and during time it can corrode through. But lets not paint devils on the wall as we say in Finland and the parts look outstanding.

One tip for the axles. Sandblast them before dismantling. That way you dont get sand where it does not belong. I sandblasted them with tires on and after that I dismantled and blasted leftovers if needed as separate parts.
